very entertaining ,I found myself saying very good while watching

Should be shorter, but generally a good film. Ending is awesome.

Disappointing. There a lot of good actors in this one, but it concentrates so much on the mission we never get to see enough of them in revealing situations.

It's a terrific entertainment -- funny, star-studded, suspenseful, and even touching.

I feel like there's an excellent premise to the story, along with an excellent cast, but the film is just poorly executed in its pacing and content. We spend practically half the movie in boot camp, when only a handful of the Dozen are highlighted, and we're just supposed to like these convicted criminals based on actor's charisma (only 1 is depicted as crazy). There wasn't much time left to set-up the actual mission which, although exciting, would have been even better with a harder Rating.

Marvin is great as the original cut-the-crap guy. Movie is way too long though, and diffuse (they could've lost that whole MASH-like middle section). And the footage of the chalet attack seemed a bit incoherent. There also were a couple of hokey humor sequences (the camp-building montage and the thing with the hookers). Still, for the most part it was ripping good fun. Oh yeah, and one great line: "Feed the French and kill the Germans."

Boring.

Good Movie

A fun movie that's brought down by its unwieldy pace & predictable plot.

Just be a General; walk slow, look stupid and act dumb. "Where you from son?" "Madison City, Missouri. Sir." "Never heard of it." LOL!

A classic war movie. Driven by the brilliantly fleshed out characters and the supurb performances behind them.

Classic story with many top notch acting performances. The inner conflict was a bit too obvious though.
