Summary: Dakota Varley (Bas Rutten), a Los Angeles cop who's used to being in control, finds the tables turned on him when he enters a powerboat race and discovers just how dangerous and bloody it can be. Although he wins, he gets much more than he bargained for when he's subsequently kidnapped by the competition's maniacal organizer, Miles Dawson (Michael Rucker). It seems Varley's just a pawn in an even deadlier game devised by Dawson
