Not a great movie, but another one that gets a point across.

In line with 'The Man from Earth', it's 'Breakfast Club' meets '12 Angry Men' as directed by Albert Pyun, in an impressive collection of no-budget movie-making don'ts. 'The Genius Club' sports a preposterous plot, and an overly long film school script, that in all it's ludicrously pretentious bravura manages to find a moment of EMOTE for every character. The music is all but directly stolen from 'The Insider'. Hey, what else to expect from a movie where Baldwin and Sizemore are cast as geniuses.
