Summary: Pamela Banner leaves high school and her nagging, middle-class parents when she finds that she is pregnant. She puts the baby up for adoption and takes a job as secretary to a rock music promoter. After being introduced to marijuana by her employer, she assumes the hippie lifestyle along Sunset Strip, sharing a room with a prostitute, Jeannie, and a drug addict, Jimmy. (TCM)
