The reason "The Harvey Weinstein Project" works at all is because Harvey himself is such an interesting person. Still, it feels like a profile on 'E!'. Harvey wanted no part of this project. That's not unusual, but Director Avrich didn't have more than 3 minutes of Harvey footage to use. This doc doesn't really flow well. It jumps through time, most of the stock footage being used from TIFF and recent Academy Awards. The interview subjects are so far removed from Harvey, it doesn't wor
