tipica comedia romantica con todo lo que tiene que tener...ya se sabe de que hablo..jeje

I'm not much on the ol' chick flicks, but I was pretty happy with this as far as romantic comedies go. Jack Black was probably about as good as he is capable of being. Where the flick falls to Earth is in its blatant predictability and the mindless evolution of the two romances. Jude Law is sexy, yes, but anybody could call that, and... I dunno, there was nothing all that special about it. When I rely on Jack Black to "save" a romantic comedy, something is wrong.

It's a reasonable take on the whole rom-com thing, a little schmaltzy in places, but to be honest tha's only playing to it's target audience. I thought it was OK.

Don't really have much to say about this. It was pretty flat for me emotionally but it seemed interesting enough for me to at least watch it without killing myself.

I enjoyed the soundtrack, very much.

All the leads in the film (bar Winslet) are awful, and the writing is just mind-bogglingly stupid. Badly made, poorly acted and a general predictable cliche-fest of shit. Not worth your time and effort. Avoid this like the fat kid in a Greenday shirt at a party.

An impossibly saccharine holiday tale that, while it has a classic story, is let down by what can only be classed as a mediocre script (and that's being very generous). It's not by any stretch of the imagination a great movie, but as a bit of seasonal tinsel it fits the bill nicely.

Think How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days meets Love Actually. And there are a few downsides, as the movie is pretty long at just over 2 hours, but it is all made up for by the afore mentioned good pacing and the even more impressive performances. Credit director and cast for that. [Full Review]

Were it not for Kate Winslet, this movie would have been straight torture. Instead only the Cameron Diaz segments, which seem to heavily outweigh Winslet's, are excruciating. It's one of the laziest romantic comedies I've ever seen, as if just telling us these couples are falling in love is enough to make it watchable. It's not.

A film means lost, but who wins the sympathy of the spectators during the way.

Very very cute. One of my favorite Christmas films ever. Kate Winslet is adorably heartbreaking as Iris, and Jude Law is incredibly sexy as always. Jack Black is very charming (surprisingly), and Cameron Diaz was quite entertaining.

Flawed, but there are some great moments, especially between Law and Diaz, who bring an old Hollywood star power to the screen.

One of my favorite dramedies with a romantic flavor, largely due to the half of the story involving Kate Winslet's character and the new friends she meets in LA. Diaz' less-than-charming character's half is helped by Jude Law and the sweet British countryside.
