Summary: A group of women who've all been assaulted and raped in the past get tough (REAL tough) on the rapists who are still lurking on the streets. Since one of the victims is a cop and the other is a doctor, a nasty conspiracy is set in motion to pinpoint the pricks and drug, kidnap, and castrate 'em before dumping their sorry asses back on the streets.
