More lighthearted than I expected. Excellent use of the swinging doors in the last shot before the credits.

A delightful short packed with top-drawer character animation, fun cartoonish violence and imaginative visual style. A highly enjoyable feast of entertainment.

To describe this as a symbolic comment on the dilemmas of medical technology makes it seem far more interesting than it actually is, and it is not too amusing either.

It does get a little samey towards the end, but it's smart and funny and oddly touching, given its ridiculousness. Although it doesn't always live up to its potential, the animation is very likeable, and it's well worth the six minute runtime.

I found this pretty amusing. The shift in tone caught me off guard but worked really well and the animation is cute.

Although it doesn't quite make the most of it's delicious premise, it's still a pretty succesful short with good animation and story.

This premise could have been better. The chase scene, especially when they're in the morgue-drawer-area, is far too cliche and silly to be funny. Similar problems plague other jokes. Still, it's a decent comedic short.

What starts as a touching moment, where a lonely women passes away with the solace of knowing she'll be reunited with her dead husband turns into a silly mess of a battle between the Grim Reaper and a Doctor with his fawning nurses surrounding him. Though it reaches for the comedy aspect of it, the power of the opening scene could have been used to make a comment on the doctors Hippocratic Oath, while still providing laughs. Instead, it's a giant, messy chase sequence with little plot to share.
