OK, Robert Sacchi really does look amazingly like Bogie, but the one gag of a guy who looks and acts just like Humphrey Bogart in then-modern-day Los Angeles gets beaten into the ground fast. There are more than a few more serious moments, but they don't work either, and the visual style looks like that of a TV movie
