Ending was rad, rest is your standard fare. Airwolf and Bronson's relationship shoulda been fagged up a bit.

Jason Statham and Ben Foster turn in enjoyable performances, but this superficial remake betrays them with mind-numbing violence and action thriller cliches.

Charles Bronson plays a different, unusual character. Bronson is very good in this film. The movie is dated and the story overall does not quite work. Overall there are some interesting ideas but the only interesting character in the movie is the lead one.

A deeply sinister undercurrent runs through this film which has powerful performances from Bronson and Vincent. A believable vision of an ageing hitman with some increadibly dark moments to the film. Excellent characterisation and with moments of real pathos. Catch it if you can.

No frills actioner from the 70's starring Bronson as a tough as nails assassin for hire. Jan-Michael Vincent has the screen presence of wallpaper.

A classic story of an old master taking on a young pupil, only in the context of being a professional assassin, not kung fu! Jan Michael Vincent does a competent job as the prospective young hitman, but of course, it's the great Charlie Bronson as the aged killer that steals and carries the show. Sadly, most of the kills are nothing special, and the ending is tediously predictable. But as with other films, a decent premise and average script turns into an exciting flick with Bronson's presence.

Straight-ahead, unpretentious Charles Bronson action movie. It has a simple point-to-point sort of sensibility that's unexpectedly becoming. The ending is especially good
