This is the last movie before leslie neilson's face got haunted by a grimacing schmuck.

Suprisingly enjoyable still. Silly puns and slapstick played deadpan. Fun for me as well as my 9 year old son.

Often times it's just amusing rather than hilarious but it's consistently amusing all the way through and actually gets better towards the end, quite feat for this type of comedy.

A perfectly ok comedy which weirdly enough seems to have been the inspiration for quite a lot of other comedies that focus on not taking themselves to seriously. Most others fail miserably though, while this one has a couple touches of genius.

As good as farce gets.

An undeniable classic, although either through age or simply too many viewings it just doesn't have the impact it once did. Perhaps it's because I know the script off by heart or perhaps it's down to the number of films that have stolen from it over the past two decades, but only a few of the (brilliant) gags still retain the magic. It pains me not to include this in my top bracket but for the reasons why it still must be taken as a compliment.

Can't go wrong with Leslie Nielsen.

This is a perfect, classic example of slapstick, parody and subversive comedy: I just can't stop laughing.

It's really just a set-up to make a whole bunch of baseball jokes. But they're good baseball jokes, for the most part.
