Summary: A Russian scientist tries to defect to prevent his latest technology from being used by the Soviets to start World War 3, but the KGB capture both him and his estranged daughter. The perfect movie for a crapulous afternoon.

There's lots of gory shootouts with tons of splashy squibs, as well as some more traditional ninja action with shuriken, swords and some awkward looking kung fu as well. The finale is a slow motion machine gun massacre that owes much to Sam Peckinpah. Stupid fun.
