Spike Lee had an absolutely brilliant idea to shoot it like this, it shows that not everything is better "live". He made me understand what is going on there better than if I were there. I saw a face of America that is mostly hidden. It might be a bit too politically incorrect for your taste, but peanut butter but no jam, yo, man? You can't deny that.
This has some great sketch like comedic preformances. Most of the acts are quite memorable, and still quite funny. A testiment to the talents of these gentlemen.
A little too much time is spent making fun of white people, but these guys are still funny. There's also a little too much butt kissing during introductions, but there is a lot of good material here.
