It's pretty much everything you would expect from a 'TV' movie about killer rats. Extremley corny, so-so acting, bad storyline, and whenever those scary CGI rats weren't killing someone it was actually rather boring. The final scenes are quite laughable, especially the final moments of the film (endings always suck when it comes to corny Horror films of course). Overall I have seen worse, but 'The Rats' can probably be avoided like 'The Plague' :)
