This is less obnoxious than Pink cartoons usually are because it has the stench of truth to it. "Yes, children, there is a reason that we have dog catchers, and not because the city fathers are a bunch of meanies." BTW, if there is a moped that can bounce like that and still function after getting dunked in a lake, I want to buy one
