It is strange that such a modest and lacksure a film has the cast it has, regardless of it being made in the early 90s. There are 'peculiar' characters with 'peculiar' personalities, lots of rambling conversations, a loose plot to hang it all on, and a sense of humour that isn't that funny at all, all shot rudimentary. The result is pointless viewing.
