The idea behind it is terrifying, but holy shit Dennis Donnelly has no idea what he's doing. The first half hour of the movie is just nonstop shenanigans and you're going "uh oh!" then after that we follow the two worst actors in history as they try to solve the mystery, but the thing is we know who the killer is after that 1/2 hour while they're bumbling along. YOU DONT DO THAT DONNELLY.

Memorably sleazy slasher fare, with a good Cameron Mitchell performance. Grimy and gritty.

it's not scary in any way, and all the good kills are done within the first half hour, after that there's basically nothing here worth watching. i did dig the whole ending bit though, you know where he "saves" the chick.

Amateurish video nasty. Some of the acting is so bad, that it terrifies more than gore shown. Fist half is spent showing boobs and killing, and in the second half there's attempt to develop some kind of story.

Very odd film that packs most of its punch in its grisly opening sequence of murders (the killer does, in fact, make good use of the variety in his eponymous kit), then the pace drastically slows as the dimwitted characters try to solve the case, and ultimately the movie wallows in some pretty depraved and implausible sadism during the finale. Not very appealing
