Poorly done, even for Troma. Got a couple of chuckles out of it, but this wasn't as fun to watch as the forst two installments were.

Better than Part II, but not by much. This suffers from most of the problems that plague Part II (by virtue of them being filmed at the same time and as one movie): the fight scenes are mediocre and the plot is absurd even by Troma standards. Skip it unless you're a diehard fan of Toxie.

People are dumb, don't listen to their horrible ratings, this one's still pretty good. The original Toxic Avenger Part II was 4 hours long so it got cut into two parts and this is the weaker half of them.
