I don't often do short reviews, but here I shall. Painful.

This should be renamed Barney: The Teenage Years. Barney has grown up, he's become a young adult. Gone are the bright and bold colours, gone are the days spent playing with his friends without a care in the world - his youthful and innocent outlook on life now makes him seem like he's emotionally underdeveloped but at least he realises he needs to work so he wants to be a detective! ahwwww... It's Pee-wees Playhouse meets Blade Runner. Dark and bleak, yet still colourful and bold.

The plotline alone deserves 15 points. So terrible it's hilariously awesome. That's the only thing that deserves points, though.

Completely unredeemable, Theodore Rex is a steaming pile of dino dump. The plot is ridiculous, something only a small child could find entertaining due to the inclusion of anthropomorphic dinosaurs, however, only a parent with little concern for their child's brain functionality would allow their kid to watch this. It's mental suicide! Utter crapulence!

I'll give it this: the filmmakers are aware that comedy is a thing that exists.
