This TV movie was made as a pilot for a potential SyFy original series, but ended up losing out to the very similarly premised Alphas. It's a more lighthearted take on the subject, while still forcing the heroes to face moral dilemmas (as all superhero-esque fiction should.) It's pretty entertaining, and I wish there was the opportunity to see more of it, but I can see why SyFy went the way they did as well.
