So yeah. Clint Eastwood, Jeff Bridges. '70s buddy/road/caper movie. You almost don't even need to watch it now; just reread the last sentence and imagine what that might look like, and you're set.

Cimino, Eastwood, Bridges. Not indispensible, but a pretty nice entry into the 70s canon of caper movies.

This is a good film with some unexpected things happening towards the end. Clint Eastwood and Jeff Bridges work well together in this film.

Cheesy at points, enticing mostly and with Eastwood and Bridges having so much chemistry they could invent the love potion, I was thoroughly entertained through the entire film. It is a really good buddy-movie and with Bridges shining so much, it just makes the movie feel like a grand spectacle despite being awkward at points. I mean Eastwood is the only guy who make drinking beer and eating apples at the same time look cool. The ending left me with a bit of a downer, though. Poor Lightfoot.

Excellent film Jeff Bridges plays an excellent role.
