Despicable.

Unlike US WWII propaganda cartoons against the Germans/Italians, there is usually nothing to find in the ones targeting Japan. It seems bad even for its time.

Gets a little long and repetitive near the end, but I love the lampooning and ridicule of the enemy.

So bad, that it's good. Humor here is terrible, very simplistic, but at least for me seeing propaganda against Japanese is so strange, that it is entertaining

Ehhh, I dunno. Obviously it's racist propaganda, but it's not horrendous and judged in the context of its time it's understandable if not wholly excusable.
