Summary: The residents of the affluent colony 'Tokyo Nagar', lead by Gatha Menon, tries to evict the nearby slum of 'Chenkal Cheri', which was owned by Gatha, but their leader Chandrappan (Mukesh) repeatedly thwarts Gatha's efforts. Gatha challenges Chandrappan to raise 50 lakhs in 30 days to buy back the slum. Meanwhile, Ganga (Mathu), escaping from a sex trafficking racket seeks refuge with a businessman (C.I.
