A gory, ahead-of-its-time slash flick. Complete with nude sex scenes; bloody, imaginative murders; a disfigured, Jason-like killer; and a twist ending, this could have been the _Friday the 13th_ of its day if it hadn't been released in the US in a drastically cut 85m. version. Good line: "Don't you want to come and protect me from things that go bang in the night?"
