According to the IMDb, this sat on the shelf for four years before it finally found a distributor. I am totally not surprised, as it sucks ass. Ridiculous story, nail-your-camera-to-the-ground direction, bad acting, and monster makeup that might have been super-cool in 1972 but which just looks silly today
