Summary: A traffic accident strings together the life of a group of people from differing backgrounds. In Kochi, rookie journalist Reihan (Vineeth Sreenivasan), on the deathbed after an accident, is taken off life support to remove his heart, to be rushed to Palakkad to be transplanted into the body of movie star Siddarth's sick daughter (Namitha Pramod).
