Great premise, flawed execution. Bad acting hampers what could be a really great flick.

Good. This is a serious genre blender, a bit of ghost ship horror, some time crimes and a pinch of psycho thrown in for for good measures. And that is what brings it all down. There are just too many half-baked ideas in here and the story is explained just too completely, absolutely no stones unturned, making the film feel much longer than its very standard runtime. But still, its unique enough to warrant a viewing. Recommended.

A lot like Timecrimes, but a decent variation from the recent glut of cookie-cutter horror/thriller movies.

The time-looping stuff doesn't really make sense, but it was fun to watch. Even if it doesn't make literal sense, it ties into the emotional arc of the main character well.

Confusing.

This film really is hard work figuring out, but if/when you do it's definately worth it!

It's nowhere nearly as mixed up as most indicate. How the time loops take part is clued in the first run (remember the little chatter about mythology), it of course is not satisfactory, yet I prefer it upon some half assed explanation. Most of the action is shot ambitiously and as a whole I found the movie quite refreshing. My sole problem is the protagonist's motivation which I don't give a damn about.

It starts with a generic 'stranded in the middle of nowhere' slasher setting, then seems to approach 'is it all in her head?' territory, but turned into a surprisingly twisted mix of unexpected weirdness. The conclusion that had to tie everything back to the beginning went on a bit too long though.

Was expecting cheese B movie. Super pleasant surprise!

Passes the time.

Very well crafted. The closer it got to the ending, the more you have to pay attention. Very well done. If it had a little bit more umpf it would have been a great film. But like good wine, you have to learn to appreciate it.

What. the. hell. It was kinda cool but I did not understand anything at the end. I don't think there is even a hint of what it's really is about, if there is I missed it. I guess it's a bit different.

It was quite promising but in the end, it didn't really make sense because there's not the slightest clue to why all that happened..

Not so good

A film that gave me a strange sense of déjà vu... until I realised that, oh yeah, I've already seen Timecrimes (actually, I preferred this). Even though it isn't wholly original, there are some surprising twists, and it gets bonus points for at least avoiding most of the clichés you see in every other low-budget horror that gets churned out these days.

very well scripted! there's some things left unexplained, but i did not find myself wanting. most of the twists you can anticipate slightly before revelation, but that's just because it all adds up really well. a surprisingly good piece of entertainment.

Somewhat stupid, but mostly clever.

I quite like it. Whilst it might not always logically connect, this is a time loop we are talking about, the laws of physics are already being buggered. The supporting cast are mostly irrelevant but Melissa George is decent value. Not an unconditional reccomend but there is far worse out there

not one of the most legendary movies that has graced the theatres; triangle still holds up as a nice watch due to its interesting plot and attractive mythological background choice. the acting is average and the dialogues (as well as certain plot decisions) feel raw; but its appropriate length and strong cinematography keeps it from being drab and tiresome. it's an enjoyable thriller overall.

It has some serious plot holes and the characters aren't all that compelling, but it's a fun movie that had me trying to figure it out while I was watching it and afterwards.

My only complaint with this movie is that I found the story to be a bit weak. It basically lets you know right away that something isn't quite right, and if you are like me and try to figure it out, you probably will. It's just a bit too easy to figure this one out, especially if you've already seen similar films, such as Timecrimes.

Overall Enjoyment: 25/40, Plot/Themes:15/20, Cinematography/Direction: 15/20, Acting/Writing: 10/20 This thriller had a very interesting premise. Despite the the story having a decently sized plot hole it remains interesting and sticks with you well after the movie is over. Id' love to see this director try again, because this is a sold effort that ultimately disappoints a little.
