One of those radio themes romance musicals where they have various musical intermissions in between the love story. For this one it's the songs that are important and not so much the thin story. You get two variations of the 1934 novelty hit "The Flying Trapeze" and probable most important the signature song "I'll String Along with You" a duet with Ginger Dick. My favorite numbers came from the Mills Brothers including the one they did with Powell ("Out for No Good"). Cool harmonies.
