Interesting movie.Four different stories by four different directors ala in the vain of the creepshow type of flick.Spielberg's story is utter trash.Bigger tragedy is the death on set by a crashing helicopter which beheaded Vic Morrow who was good in the first story as a racist bigot. Last story is the best in my opinion which has John Lithgow as a terrified and paranoid passenger on a plane who 'sees' gremlins outside tampering with the plane with everybody else seemingly oblivious to it.

First two segments are crap, last two would get at least 70 scored separately. John Landis is a horrible human being for refusing to accept any responsibility for what happened to Vic Morrow and those kids.

Decent movie adaptation with plenty of suspense and horror. Personal favorite is Joe Dante's segment about Anthony, the boy with some very special powers. Considering the movie is over 25 years old, it holds up very well.

Very uneven set of stories drags this movie down a little. Love Lithgow and the use of CCR's Midnight Special in the Albert Brooks and Dan Aykroyd scene.

The quality of direction is inconsistent - which is usually the case in these sorts of situations - and so you end up restlessly awaiting the good ones. The series was more satisfying.

Sometimes boring, sometimes pretty inspired. The best section is, of course, the one with John Lithgow.

Nothing like original TV series, because most of these shorts by famous directors are total crap. However, I must say they did a good job with very promising prologue and the last part. I was especially curious about Spielberg's directed part, but it was actually the worst of all (one with old people). Overall, there are much much more comedy than in series.

Why did they have to put a happy ending on It's a Good Life? That defeats the whole purpose of this being the Twilight Zone. It's not a twist ending, it's a cliche.

The first segment is by far my favorite, but the rest is all over the place.

Spielberg and Landis's segments are pretty crappy, George Miller's is decent, and Joe Dante's is extremely awesome. Seriously, you should get a hold of this movie and fast forward 70 minutes to see the craziness, just a taste: a young Nancy Cartwright gets banished to a cartoon world (much like what has happened to her in real life) before horrifying cartoons come to life in the real world, its so amazing.

This movie has some very good segments and some lackluster ones. The segments with the little kid and the plane are by far the best ones. The opening prologue is also fun. John Lithgow gives the best performance in the movie. The movie is not as good as the original television series but it does have a number of good moments.

Retreads of classic stories and 'meh' new ones.

Uneven, with only the segments by Dante and Miller standing out.
