Summary: Ski instructor Karin (Garbo) meets magazine man Larry (Douglas) and the two marry quickly, without really knowing one another. Work calls Larry back to New York, though Karin refuses to go. In the city, Larry spends time with his ex-love, Griselda (Bennett). When Karin attempts to surprise Larry with a visit, she stumbles upon him and Griselda together. Unseen by her husband, she decides to pose as her own twin, Katherine, and tempt Larry away from both his ex and Karin.
