Steven Seagal was untouchable back in the late 80's and early 90's white karate man craze. In middle school playgrounds across the U.S. little suburban white kids would get into shoving matches over who was better Seagal or Van Damme. Under Siege is Seagal's magnum opus. In it he does what he does best and that is play 2 dimensional pseudo-military action heroes. What stops this movie from being terrible is 1) Erika Eleniak's breasts 2)Tommy Lee Jones 3)Coked up over the top Gary Busey.

Often risible, always predictable action movie in which one man conquers all, and consisting of a succession of slickly done martial arts combats and gun battles. For diehard fans of the star, or fans of _Die Hard_.
