Summary: Jayarajan (Mohanlal), the Asst. Manager, Chandran (Rahman), the accountant & Johnny (Nedumudi), the driver, plan to rob from their company 'Thenmallay Plantations'. When Manager A.K. Menon (Janardanan) foils their plan, Jayarajan murders Menon. From then on, Jayarajan picks off one by one, everyone in his path to the top - usurping the company itself.
