A lot better than I had expected, but that's not saying much. Had a few genuinely enjoyable moments, but none of them were derrived from the "gross-out" comedy the film seems to focus on. Ashby was great.

I haven't seen the original (Van Wilder 2002) however I found this movie predictable, but also a lot of fun to watch. A bunch of pretty girls and a guy with the right attitude.

Just another in a long list of awful films to come from the national lampoon name. If you're looking for a cliché predictable teen comedy filled to brim with uninspired boring gross out jokes, then this is the film for you. Also, it was cute watching Jonathan Bennett do his best Ryan Reynolds impression.

this movie depicts college life and how it can get a little crazy with parties, girls, beer, sex and drugs. he goes through so much to try and abolish some of the rules at his new school because he feels like the students there dont have as much freedom as they should so he and his friends go through the campus causing mayhem and getting in trouble all in the hopes of making their next 4 years there the best possible.
