Summary: Thirumuttathu Kochuthomman (Thilakan) & his youngest son Roy (Jayaram), were more of friends than father & son. Roy whiles away his life pursuing his passion of drama, incurring the wrath of the family, except that of Kochuthomman, who supported him secretly. However, when Roy marries Bhavana (Samyuktha Varma), a poor girl, Kochuthomman kicks Roy out of his house & his life.
