Summary: P.K. Sudhakaran (Sreenivasan) comes to the village of Velliyankara as the newly appointed teacher at the new village primary school, only to find that Madhavan Ezhuthachan (Nedumudi Venu), the person who made the school possible, & who had taken Rs. 30,000 from him for the job, has died & his son Prabhakaran (Murali) is trying to block the school from opening & to strip his step-mother & step-sister from Ezhuthachan's assets.
