Pink somehow appears in the Old West (another reason to think he is a magickal creation), and becomes a drug pusher. I think his "vitamins" are really amphetamines. This is one of the few nonsucky PP cartoons due to the amusing bizzaritry of that idea, plus a few neat thematic conceits -- law is force, and the problem with liberating or empowering people is that you sometimes wind up empowering them to prove how much they suck, which they demonstrate with glee
