Summary: Boarding school and the absence of maternal love have thoroughly messed up young Andrea. He still is in love with his mother, which inhibits his functioning properly with other women. So he's a virgin. What is more, Andrea takes after his grandpa's twin brother, who happens to be a bishop, and wants to become a priest himself. That turns out to be a big problem: Andrea's grandpa Annibale is a real libertine, he disinherits Andrea and wants to turn the house into an abode for retired prostitutes.
