really funny 10 out of 10

Besides Jen Aniston and Milan Akerman looking good the movie SUCKED and was weird.

What I expected from a David Wain movie. It was a simple story but it was fun and entertaining.

Lacks direction and purpose, and kinda feels like the story just goes around in a predictable circle. That said, the script is quite snappy, there are a couple of good laughs and it's at the very least amusing throughout. Who turns down sex with Malin Akerman though!? No one, that's fucking who!

This was interesting. At times, I was impressed with its wit. Rudd, Theroux, and the supporting cast all have at least two funny lines. There were other times, however, when I was annoyed by what I was watching. And that largely describes Wanderlust. It's the kid in class who isn't that funny, but every once in a while he'll strike gold. If he knew when to stop, he'd have more friends. I said this was interesting, but it's not because of the film itself: I just don't see why this was made.

I always love watching Rudd. I like Aniston as well for whatever reason. This is a few really good jokes away from being "very good." It dragged a little bit here and there but there were definitely some really good jokes in there. Even though it goes by an obvious formula, it's still entertaining and is a nice surprise for me because honestly I expected it to be terrible (despite having Rudd).

It had potential for great moments of zaniness but it only manages to be fitfully amusing and it lacks any kind of coherent thematic thread.

Maintains a steady stream of laughs throughout. Wain's absurd brand of humor lends itself well to the realm of satire. Rudd and Aniston are great. Underrated.

Fairly standard, but it features a lot of great comedians with some hilarious bits.

Fewer guitar-strumming scenes around a campfire and more conversations between the main characters as they deal with this difficult time in their lives might possibly have saved this, but alas. It raked in a worldwide box office of twenty-one million bucks on a budget of thirty-five million bucks, and it’s difficult to believe it did that well.

Jennifer Aniston was topless and they censored it but they show a bunch of old people running nude. Awful!!!!

Not Wain's best, but I it had its moments. Justin Theroux should work all the time.

Just really boring.

Good for some laughs, especially if you think hippies are something to laugh at, which I do. It would have been a better comedy though if it wasn't so heavy on life lessons and crap.

Weak.

Wanderlust is about two or three script passes away from being a consistently funny, dramatically coherent romantic comedy.

Wastes location shooting (Georgia hippies?). The jokes are bad.

The actors make it bearable.

Not bad...some good laughs but it is too redundant and takes the easy way out with how it makes fun of the commune residents as well with how it wraps everything up. Good performances, though. Always nice to see the guys from Stella together, even if it's only a scene or two.

It's funny throughout, with a few parts being truly hilarious and a few parts falling a bit flat. It's nice to see Aniston continue her trek through raunchier rated-R comedies as she does a nice job in them. A nice way to waste time for fans of David Wain's work (Wet Hot American Summer and Role Models).

Some good stuff here, mostly when Ken Marino is onscreen. The rest tends to get a little annoying, too much reliance on one type of humour.

Actually much more entertaining and funny than I had expected. Given the genre, I think Rudd is doing a great job and is even hilarious in the mirror scene. Unfortunately, it lost me towards the end and I was bored the last 20 minutes or so.

hımm ... i think this tries to mock and parody the 'new social movements' (feminism, ecology, etc) after 68 and their lifestyles (and all other related or unrelated hippy and later new age stuff), by making a caricature of them. what a miserable effort! for a serious challenge, see houellebecq, you idiots

Some funny moments, and two of Hollywood's most likable leads, make for a watchable flick that never even tries to be something special.
