A film which showcases Asian archery set in an oft overlooked era of warfare? Hell yes! The costumes in this are spectacular especially the weaponry and look of the Manchu horse archers. The action could have used a bit better staging. There were too many moments where someone would be off staring into the distance while action movie cliche occurred. Even with its plot predictability this is worth watching. It's still better than that Ridley Scott subpar Robin Hood at least.
