Has the most disgusting scene I've ever seen: A man (Hugh Laurie or something) crying, staggering to his knees on the ground, saying: why why why. Then he snorts and turns onto his back, looks at the sky while crying. Then suddenly but gradually goes from crying to coughing/snorting. Fucking disgusting.
