Summary: The film deals with a young woman who gets bitten by a female vampire and drawn into her world. She falls in love with a young police officer who investigates a murder case involving the vampires. (wikipedia)
Starts out kinda cool, dialogue turns out to be kinda lame, though, even though Nina Hoss is able to give hers some life every once in a while. Karoline Herfurth's performance was somewhat ambiguous, quality-wise, Anna Fischer was just annoying, as always.
The plot has quite a few fun and cool aspects and the movie looks and sounds good, but there's just as much shitty stuff in there.
Better than Twilight although was made with same goal, to cash in on teenagers hitting puberty. Hot vampires, some lesbianism, fast pace and not bad (vampire) story. But also not very good one. Among leads is only N.Hoss pretty bad whereas others are above average thus Charlotte and Nora being only memorable characters. The end is just as bad as aforesaid movie.
