A finely made piece of British drama, very well shot and its slipping back and forth with chronology reveals details in a fairly tantilising manner. The ending feels like a bit of a letdown after all the intrigue the film promises, feeling a bit too much like connect the dots rather than offering us anything we hadn't already guessed might be the case. Still for much of its runtime it is an appealing piece of filmmaking.
