There's a million of these things out there but West's performance and the music (although that's a matter of personal taste, of course) makes this one stand out from the crowd a bit. Ultimately dug it.

Shane West is really, really good. the rest of the movie, not so much.

punk misbehaves like punk, somebody ruins band relationship, punk overdoses. If there was a story worth making here they didn't bring it out.
