Summary: WISHMAN was an unsold TV pilot from 1983 about a scientist and his wife that go on the run with a genetically engineered mini-humanoid (a doe-eyed, dwarfish sea monkey with giant anime eyes that's really more unsettling to look at that than cute) possessing magical powers.
