Wizards of Waverly Place is an great television show for its target audience and I think the movie lives up to it fairly well. Points deducted for my obviously being outside of the target audience.

Despite only seing one or two episodes of the TV series I still managed to really enjoy this. Sure its a little corny and obviously aimed at a younger audience, but its definitley better than what else is on offer for them. Selena Gomez is very likeable as young Alex, as is her brother Justin. Storyline is simplistic, and predictable, but definitley enjoyable and easy to watch. Also, visually it looks great and the Caribbean is such a nice setting. Overall a fun kids flick for the whole family.
