Despite the third installment in the Wrong Turn series being somewhat of a letdown the fourth has managed to gain some respect. It's still no match for the first two, mainly thanks to the unlikable and stupid characters, but there is certainly enough blood & gore to keep Horror buff's pleased. It was great finding out more about the history of the Mountain Men, and while not everything worked in the film's favor I think they still delivered a decent prequel that will keep fans pretty happy :)

Surprisingly better than 2 and 3

Yuck. Not only do I really hate cannibalism but also extremely stupid people. These guys were just - wow. Especially that dumb brunette who suddenly goes all philanthropist.

Wrong Turn Babies for 10 minutes. Declan O'Brien was probably thinking the entire time "I'm so good, I'm so fucking good at movies". I bet what went down was the studio execs were all "Hey Bill what's that retarded son of yours doing this winter?" (That one guy's scream when his girlfriend gets garroted is the FUNNIEST THING of 2011. Wait, nope. It's the tramp stamp tattoo the one guy has. ) "IM THE STRONGEST SKIER!" CUT TO: Character trudging with ski poles. This movie is hilarious.

Holy mother of god. I have seen some bad shit but this...Really I'm not sure if I'm more surprised by how bad it was or by how high the ratings are (or that I actually watched it).

There was some sort of play with sexual connections between some characters, but was there any storyline involved? I cannot remember any. There was neither decent gore parts; they were mostly ugly CGI. I remember I kind of liked the end: thank God it's over.

Strangest storyline ever... Once I thought I knew who the main characters were, I was caught off guard and they were killed off.. so I had to start picking 'main characters'/possible survivors again haha.
