A disappointing finale; seemed to get away from the character-driven aspects of the first two films and ended up being a (generally lackluster) typical "action flick." Perhaps the change in director was at fault. In any event, it was interesting to see the conclusion but I wish it had been better!

Once again, the best efforts of Hugh Jackman aren't enough to save yet another so-so installment in the X-Men franchise.

Good action but it's really clear they switched writers. It's quite distracting to see established characters break character. On a personal note I was really disappointed that Ben Foster, Angel, didn't get more screen time because he's a great actor. With all that said, the action is still very cool and entertaining it's just disappointing that the story isn't up to par with the first two.

Not terrible, but left me wanting more. Where was Nightcrawler? Where was Colossus versus Juggernaut? Why did Juggernaut have so little screen time? Ditto for everyone that wasn't Storm or Wolverine. I could go on, but text space here is limited.

Ok, now the franchise is getting a little mutant around the edges. My favorite will always be Wolverine followed by a close second, Storm in the original 70-80's comic versions.

Fun and cool, but not good. The movie throws plot out the window in favour of bringing in more mutants (notables including Beast and Angel). But it gives them nothing to do. As a movie, the effects are cool and it will entertain you. As a story, it's non-existent. A rich man develops an answer to "the mutant problem" after living with the horrible shame that his son is "one of them". Wait a minute! I think I've seen that one before... I think it was called...X2.
