A shot at the situation (whatever you name it) in the east of Turkey. Story has a parallel construction over two friends at arms, their life are marked by a single situation. However as Yücel delves deeper into the story he is distracted by the social possibilities that arise from side characters. Anyway he makes good use of the branches. Shot in a documentary fashion, pretty realistic especially about country traditions and perspective. Yücel manages to prove himself as a director in his debut.

A spine chillin' movie with in your face attitude packs its fists and takes a swing at the society full of hypocrisy, denial and unedible faith. Every second counts. A blatant and scrupulous nature of human being.
