Explores the evils of election fraud: vote suppression, ballot stuffing, and voter intimidation. Everything gets set right in the end, which makes this clearly a fictional work. Oh yes, I'm still bitter about 2000. Fairly compelling, though, even if it rather simplistic by necessity.
