Changed profile pic, but new forum posts show old pic

Postby nauru on Wed May 09, 2012 3:36 am

Just wondering how long to expect the change in profile pic to take to come into effect in the forum?

Previously when I changed my profile pic it was right away, but now it's like nearly a week and still the new pic isn't showing up beside my forum posts. I can see the new pic in the upper right as part of my profile, but when I post in the forum the old pic appears.

Thanks.

I've had this problem happen before. I solved it by just clearing my cache on my browser. The process of doing this depends on what browser you use, but there should be some option on the menu to clear recent history where you can clear the cache.

Edit: I just now realized that you posted this question like a month ago and the problem is probably already solved.

Thanks for replying. Actually still haven't solved this, clearing cache didn't help either.

It may just be a bug then. I can't seem to get my picture to change either.
